Dwayne Rice is a visionary entrepreneur with a deep passion for innovation and community impact. With over 35 years of experience in rangeland management and resource conservation nationwide, Dwayne has become a leading force behind Table Mountain M&P. His strategic vision and unwavering dedication to excellence have driven the creation of a customer-to-rancher business model that sets new standards for quality and commitment.

As the CEO of Table Mountain Meat and Provision Co., Dwayne oversees every aspect of the business, steering growth and fostering a culture of loyalty among both partners and customers. His leadership is defined by his ability to inspire teams to consistently deliver outstanding results and surpass expectations.

Beyond his role at Table Mountain, Dwayne remains deeply involved in the ranching community, contributing his expertise to influential organizations such as the Colorado Cattlemen’s Association, the Public Lands Council, and the Leopold Foundation. He holds a degree in Animal Science and Ranch Management from Oklahoma State University, a foundation that has been instrumental in shaping his distinguished career.
